Dr. Randy Richards from St. Ambrose University is back for another session related to Conflict on April 25th from 1:15PM – 4:15PM. Dr. Richards was previously here in September and spoke on Conflict Management and for this session he will be sharing with us the three most common sources of conflict and their likely solution paths. Dr. Richards is the current director of the MBA program at St. Ambrose and has over twenty years of managerial experience in several different industries.
