Iowa offers Hawki health care coverage for uninsured children of Iowa working families. The Hawki coverage is also available as a “dental only” option for children with medical insurance but no dental insurance. Monthly rates are based on income. Some families pay nothing at all. Donated dental care:
Give Kids A Smile® (GKAS): Each year hundreds of children in the Quad Cities receive dental care at no cost thanks to local dentists that donate their services through the GKAS program at Bethany for Children and Families.
