Check out Plants Can't Sit Still by Rebecca E. Hirsch for the StoryWalk in Blue Grass! Walk through the pages of the story at Black Bear Park, 412 Fenceline Drive/Cub Lane. The pages will be placed along the path around the park and ending at the pavilion. The book walk will run from Monday, June 15 thru Sunday, June 21.

In this engaging program inspired by The Bad Seed by Jory John and Pete Oswald (plus other Food Group stories), kids will enjoy stories, hands-on activities, and creative exploration centered on kindness, confidence, and making positive choices. Presented in partnership with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. Best for children entering grades K–3.
