Local Spring Foraging

Join Naturalist Becky from the Wapsi River Environmental Education Center to learn about the many seasonal wild edibles in your own neck of the woods. We will focus on foraging basics, foraging safety, and identifying plants locally found in our area. You will also learn recipes and ways to preserve the different wild edibles for future use.
