Ready...Set...Adventure!

Excitement and fun await those who journey to the Scott County Library System and participate in this year's summer reading program, Read Beyond the Beaten Path. Readers of all ages and abilities are invited to take part in the reading challenge and attend free library events all summer long, no library card required. This year's challenge is simple: build a reading habit and earn prizes.

Every reader who completes the challenge earns a free book, a 1-day Scott County pool pass (for children 0-12 years old), and an entry in the grand prize raffles. Repeat the program for more raffle entries or try the Bonus Challenge. Sign up online by creating (or updating) your Beanstack account. Prefer paper? Stop by any SCLS branch to pick up your reading log or print the attached file. All logs are due by July 30th.

So what are you waiting for? A summer of fun and prizes awaits! Keep you skills sharp by reading, exploring, creating, and playing at the library this summer. Happy reading, Scott County!
