The Food Rescue Partnership of the Quad Cities is hosting a food rescue workshop to share how area establishments are rescuing food to reduce costs and see potential tax advantages by keeping food out of the landfill through reduction, donation, feeding animals, and composting. Beginning October 10, 2018 Scott County will open early voting satellite locations. Ballots for all Scott County precincts will be available at all locations. Voter registration forms will be available for new registrations and changes to registrations for people already registered in the county.

The 2018 Community Health Assessment for Scott, Rock Island, and Muscatine counties is now available for review. This assessment helps to tell the story of health in our community, from health status and health behaviors, to community assets and forces impacting our ability to be healthy.
