Property Tax Notice Reminder

In response to the COVID-19 disaster emergency, Governor Reynolds extended the interest deadline for the second installment of the 2018 property taxes to June 25th, 2020.

The second installment of property taxes and mobile home taxes must be received or post marked by Thursday, June 25, 2020 to avoid interest charges.

A bill of sale is required on title transfers between individuals. A purchase agreement is required if the purchase is from a dealership.
