Effective December 10, 2015, signs on Ripley Street by the City of Davenport designate "Official Sheriff's Dept. Vehicle Parking Only" from 4th Street to the exit of the sally port of the Scott County Jail. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed by the City of Davenport.
