Let’s watch anime! We’ll pick a show, watch a few episodes, do a craft, and eat some snacks! A great place for anime and manga lovers to get to know each other and talk about their favs. For teens entering 5th-8th grade.
Teen Crafts
Teens, come and make magnetic diamond art for home or for your locker! Registration not required, but supplies are limited. First come, first serve. This laid-back event is best for teens entering grades 6-12.
Teen Advisory Group
TAG is open to teens and tweens entering grades 6-12. Members will help plan teen library events; choose books/movies/video games/etc. for the teen and middle-grade collections; and create teen displays and decorate the children's area. Friends of the Library Book Sale
Books, DVDs, music CDs and puzzles for sale. Proceeds go to the friends of the library. Open during library hours. All ages are welcome.

Apples with Shagbark Hickory Syrup and Nuts. Try an alternative version of a “caramel apple” with locally sourced ingredients. In collaboration with Cedar County Conservation.
Fall Colors Natural Tie Dye
Bring a 100% cotton T-shirt or pair of socks to tie-dye using turmeric for yellow, and black walnuts for brown. In collaboration with Cedar County Conservation.
