The County’s LTD (long-term disability) provider, National Insurance Services, has launched an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is available for LTD eligible employees. This EAP can provide you with no-cost support and resources to help you find answers with issues related to work, life, health, family, or money. Included in your EAP is LIFT Session Virtual Fitness. This virtual fitness platform gives you access to unlimited fitness journeys that are customized to your goals and current fitness level. It should be noted that this is EAP is being offered in addition to the current EAP provided by UHC.
