The Scott County Attorney’s Office congratulates Assistant County Attorney Kim Shepherd on her appointment as District Associate Judge for Clinton County.

Kim has served the citizens of Scott County for many years, beginning as a legal intern in 2002 and continuing as an assistant county attorney since 2008, where she has prosecuted criminal cases with the highest level of professionalism, competence and compassion.

We are very sad to see Kim go, but we are also proud that she will continue to serve the public in a new role and confident that she will be a great judge.
