MEDIC EMS CAAS Reaccreditation

"We're thrilled to announce that MEDIC EMS of Scott County has received its ninth 3-year reaccreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS)!

Every member of our team plays a vital role in upholding the rigorous standards set by CAAS, which often exceed local and state requirements.

As Paul Andorf, Director of MEDIC EMS, shared, this accreditation "represents our firm commitment to our patients and community." We were the 52nd ambulance service in the country to achieve this back in 1996, and we're still the first to be accredited in both Iowa and Illinois!

With over 23,000 ambulance services in the United States, MEDIC EMS represents one of the 180 agencies that have received this accreditation.
