The Jail would like to introduce their two newest corrections officers, Officers Dominique Hute and Jennah Douglas.

Dominique is from the Chicago area and graduated from Western Illinois University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology. Dominique has 4 years of experience working in corrections and resides in Clinton County with her wife.

Jennah is from Davenport and graduated from North High School. She attended the University of Northern Iowa in where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology in May 2021. Jennah previously interned at the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office in both the Jail and Patrol division.
