Scott County Auditor Announces First Day to Submit Request for Absentee Ballots for the November 5 General Election DAVENPORT – Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins announced that Tuesday, August 27 is the first day for voters to submit requests for absentee ballots by mail for the November 5 General Election. You must request an absentee ballot to receive a ballot via the mail. Ballots will begin to be mailed on October 16.
