Dan Whitley has over twenty years of providing management training for supervisors and managers in core skills such as communication, customer service, dealing with difficult employees, motivation and team building. Prior to his retirement, Instructor Whitley was with Deere and Company as their Employee Development Trainer. He currently teaches part-time at Black Hawk College where his expertise is in personal and professional development for employees as well as students.
