The person you nominate can be a co-worker, employee, supervisor, or even someone who's not in your department. Winners receive a $100 Hy-vee gift card, engraved crystal sculpture, premier parking spot, and their name and picture on a plaque! Forms can be sent to Zach Metzger in HR up until June 5th. Any forms received after the deadline will be automatically considered for next quarter.
