WellSteps 2022 Biometric Screening Deadline December 10, 2021
The last day for on-site Biometric Screenings has passed. You still have an option to get this done in time to join the Healthy Lifestyles Program in 2022!
Contact Jo or Whitney with Genesis at Work at 563-421-0667 to schedule an appointment at a Genesis facility.
All biometric screenings have to be completed by December 10th, 2021 to be enrolled in the 2022 Healthy Lifestyles Program.
Also there are a few additional ways to get points that we have added to the program:
- Get your COVID Shot? (1 & 2 of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 of J&J) You get 5pts!
- Get your COVID Booster Shot? You get 5pts!
- Attend a Wondr webinar? You get 5 pts!
The first Wondr webinar is scheduled for November 10th at 12pm. Find more details on this event here. These will take place quarterly but you can only receive a max of 5pts.
