Do you ever wonder why people react the way they do or why you do the things that you do? COLORS is a 4 hour workshop that provides an opportunity for you to understand your own workplace behavior and how you relate to your co-workers, thereby building stronger working relationships with those around you. According to the Real Colors® website, the basis of the workshop is based on the Real Colors Personality Instrument that identifies four personality types common to all people – Gold, Green, Blue and Orange. Learning which color you identify with as well as what color your co-workers identify with can help us to see the world from a different perspective.
