Last Thursday, Sheriff Lane swore in Reserve Deputy Lutterman. He will be joining our Reserve Unit in the very near future to help out the citizens of Scott County. Welcome and Congrats.

Carson Lutterman is originally from Wellsburg, IA. He went to school at AGWSR in Ackley, IA. Carson is a graduate of Iowa State University where he earned his Bachelors in Criminal Justice Studies. Carson joined the Reserves in Ackley, IA during his Junior year at Iowa State. In 2018, Carson joined the Eldora Police Department as a Reserve Officer, where he still remains an active Reserve Officer. October of 2019 Carson was hired at the Scott County Jail as a Correctional Officer. Carson and his wife Sarah currently reside in Davenport, IA.
