COMING SOON. NEW 2026 ASSESSMENT AND PROPERTY DATA

On or before April 1, the Scott County Assessor's Office will publish the new 2026 property assessments reflecting property changes that occurred between January 2025 and January 2026. 

The new assessment reflect the property's condition as of January 1, 2026.

Where can I find the new values and changes?

On or before April 1:

  • The Scott County Beacon Parcel Data website will be updated. 
  • Property assessment notices will be mailed out to property owners.
