Facilities Management

Scott County Facility and Support Services Department manages all county owned properties except those under the Conservation Board (Parks) and the Secondary Roads maintenance facilities.

Facilities managed by FSS include:

• Scott County Courthouse
• Administrative Center
• Juvenile Detention Center
• Scott County Jail
• Sheriff Patrol Headquarters
• Scott Emergency Communications Center
• Downtown Storage Facility
• Tremont Warehouse

Scott County FSS provides construction project management for any construction projects related to the above listed buildings and any new buildings added to the portfolio of properties.

In recent years construction projects under FSS management and leadership have included renovation of the first floor courthouse and construction of the downtown storage facility.
