FSS has a multi-disciplinary team of maintenance technicians. That Maintenance Team provides full building maintenance services for all FSS managed properties and buildings.

Maintenance services include:

• Preventive/predictive maintenance,
• Building repairs,
• HVAC system temperature control and repair,
• Electrical repair,
• Warehousing,
• Lawn care and grounds maintenance,
• Lighting management and repair,
• Furniture repair and moving,
• Small renovation projects,
• Security systems installation and repair,
• Snow removal, and
• Troubleshooting.

The Maintenance Team is especially proud of the work they have done on the moves of several offices including the jail and their ability to maintain and repair a multitude of diverse and increasingly complex building systems and equipment.
