Elevator modernization starting Wednesday, November 14, 2018 may increase elevator wait times, until completion in January 2019. Regularly check this webpage for status updates. Affected offices and departments on floors 3-6 of the Administrative Center include Health Department, Community Services, Auditor, Recorder, County and City Assessors, Administration, Human Resources, Facilities, and Scott County Kids.

Beginning October 10, 2018 Scott County will open early voting satellite locations. Ballots for all Scott County precincts will be available at all locations. Voter registration forms will be available for new registrations and changes to registrations for people already registered in the county.

Primary Election voter turnout information will be updated on June 5th approximately 11:30 am and 4:30 pm.

During the month of April 2018, the Parcel Query and GIS mapping applications will be updated with a new consolidated property and map viewing solution named Beacon, hosted by the Schneider Corporation. The new service provides additional functionality and display options to users. The service will be available the first week of April 2018, however both old and new systems will be accessible through the end of April to aid in transition. You can continue to access the both parcel and map sites from https://www.scottcountyiowa.com/parcels.

School Boards Election voter turnout information will be updated on September 12th approximately 11:30 am and 4:30 pm.

School District Boundaries overlap City Boundaries. Here are the examples for all School Districts in Scott County.

House District 89 Special Election voter turnout information will be updated on January 31 approximately 11:30 am and 4:30 pm.

Senate District 45 Special Election voter turnout information will be updated on December 27th approximately 11:30 am and 4:30 pm.

General Election voter turnout information will be updated on November 8th approximately 11:30 am and 4:30 pm.

DAVENPORT – Scott County Auditor Roxanna Moritz announced today that her office is now providing a new, Interactive Sample Ballot available on the Scott County website. “As part of our commitment to provide quality service to our voters, I am pleased to offer an accessible, Interactive Sample Ballot to all registered voters in Scott County,” Moritz said. “This system is convenient, simple and completely safe for voter use.” The Interactive Sample Ballot can be found on the Auditor’s Page of the Scott County website at https://www.scottcountyiowa.com/auditor/sample-ballots
