A component of the Administration Department, the Budget and Administrative Services team advances the County’s budget priorities through the development of the annual budget and external financial reporting of the County including the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and the Popular Annual Financial Report.
Financial transactions are coordinated through budget planning, purchasing, accounting, project management, asset tracking, internal control evaluation, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management.
The county is a multi-award winner from the Government Finance Officers of the United States and Canada (GFOA) and continues the P.R.I.D.E. philosophy in internal and external reporting.
