The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is presented as a means of enhancing public understanding of county services and confidence of the county government and your elected officials by providing a brief analysis of where county revenue comes from and where those dollars are spent in a format that is concise and easy to read.

It is part of an ongoing commitment to keep Scott County citizens informed about county finances, and to be accountable for the receipt and expenditures of public funds.
