Scott County Auditor Announces First Day to Submit Request for Absentee Ballots for the November 5 General Election

DAVENPORT – Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins announced that Tuesday, August 27 is the first day for voters to submit requests for absentee ballots by mail for the November 5 General Election. You must request an absentee ballot to receive a ballot via the mail. Ballots will begin to be mailed on October 16.

The completed absentee ballot request form is due in our office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21

Tuesday, November 5, 2024 - 7:00am to 8:00pm

General Election Day. Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. All absentee ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. to be considered on time to be counted.
