The caucuses are meetings conducted by the Democratic and Republican parties with sites and rules determined by the parties.  Caucus sites are not necessarily the same location as polling places.

Voting by mail.

Early voting, sometimes called absentee voting or satellite voting, is available to every registered voter in Scott County. When casting your ballot early, you do not need to attend your polling place on Election Day.
