What can EAP do for me?

Scott County partners with Employee & Family Resources (EFR), an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide a free, confidential resource to help you and your family members navigate and manage life’s challenges. This service is available to all employees and their household members (full-time, part-time, PRN employees, and any members of their household). 

Your EAP benefits will include:

• Unlimited 24/7 phone support with masters-level counselors.
• In-Person or Telehealth Counseling: 6 Sessions
• Life Coaching: 6 Sessions
• First Responder Coaching: 6 Sessions
• Financial Consultation: 1 consultation per issue
• Legal Consultation: 1 consultation per issue
• Child & Eldercare Resources
• Identity Theft Services
• Online Support Community (Togetherall)
