Disaster Recovery Center Opening in Scott County DES MOINES, Iowa — FEMA is opening a Disaster Recovery Center on Thursday, Sept. 5 in Scott County to provide one-on-one help to people affected by severe storms, tornadoes and flooding this spring. Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Kerri Tompkins announced today her office will conduct a Post-Election Audit on June 7, 2024, at 9:30 am at the Scott County Administrative Center, 600 W 4th Street, Davenport, Board Room on the first floor. The post-election audit will include the Scott County precinct of D73 selected by lot by the Office of Iowa Secretary of State. Each county in Iowa will conduct an audit of one precinct from that county.
