Notice is hereby given that the Scott County Conservation Board will hold a Virtual Only public hearing, on NOVEMBER 4, 2020 at 3:00 pm CDT on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the project. Any persons interested may participate and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, or cost of the improvements by either:

The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows:

Project is part of a larger West Lake Park Lake Restoration Project and includes the replacement of an existing spillway outlet structure located on adjacent private property known as Lake Canyada, which discharges into the park. 

All work is to be done in strict compliance with the plans and specifications prepared by FYRA Engineering.
