What if I am on the list?

If your name appears on the list and you have an attorney, contact them for guidance. You may also report to the Clerk of the Court's Office on the 1st floor in the Scott County Courthouse between 0800-0900 hrs. Inform them you are here to surrender for a warrant and they will pull your case. A Scott County Sheriff's Bailiff will escort you to a waiting area where your warrant will be read to you.
