You are being invited to take part in a research study regarding child lead poisoning. 

Augustana College and the Scott County Health Department (SCHD) are collecting data regarding child lead poisoning in our community. 

Your valuable input will help us to develop effective campaigns to raise awareness of such dire social issue. You will not receive any personal or financial benefit by participating in this study. Once you agree to participate, you will be directed to the online survey that contains short paragraphs describing the issue and questionnaires. The survey will last about 5 to 8 minutes.
