You can fight the flu by taking everyday actions to stop the spread of germs:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth - this is how germs spread!
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that may be contaminated.
  • Stay home if you are sick!
